About the Role

This is a role for someone who knows what it means to be in charge — not just filling gaps but owning the floor. We need a true hospitality leader who brings energy, presence, and passion to every shift.

You’ll work side by side with the GM, leading service, building the team culture, and ensuring every guest leaves feeling something memorable. You’ll understand the rhythms of a busy, dynamic restaurant — and thrive in them.

Responsibilities

Lead the floor during service, support and energise the team
Oversee onboarding, staff training, and team development
Manage daily rotas, holidays, and operational HR processes
Uphold H&S and compliance standards, and keep things running smooth
Work closely with the kitchen and wine team to deliver a guest-focused experience
Contribute ideas and solutions to evolve the guest journey and operations
Be a pillar of the brand, representing NORA’s energy and identity at all times
